1. Worldwide Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Time

We are proud to offer international shipping services to customers across the globe.

    Flat Rate International Shipping: $19.99 USD (Applied to all worldwide orders)

    Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 14 business days

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Estimated delivery times are effective from the date your order is dispatched, not the date the order was placed.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a secondary notification via email once your order has officially shipped, which will include your active tracking link.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

purebliss.fit is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your package upon arrival in the destination country.

All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number(s). Tracking information typically updates and becomes active in the carrier system within 24 to 48 hours.

If you have not received your package within 20 business days of receiving your shipment confirmation email, please reach out to us at info@Boshop.us with your full name and order number so we can investigate immediately.
5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping details prior to completing checkout. purebliss.fit cannot be held liable for items delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the buyer.

    Returned Packages: If a parcel is returned to us due to an insufficient address, failure to claim, or unpaid customs charges, the customer will be responsible for the postage fee required to reship the package.

    Lost or Stolen Packages: If tracking states that your package was successfully delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please check with family members, neighbors, or your local postal operator before submitting an inquiry to customer support.
